Instructions
Step 1
Whisk all dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, sugar) together in a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Cut in the butter until the butter is finely mixed.
Step 3
Drizzle milk and mix until just combined into mixture.
Step 4
Form mixture into one large thick disc, or two smaller discs.
Step 5
Cut disc(s) like a pizza.
Step 6
Put discs on a lined baking sheet.
Step 7
Bake in preheated oven at 415 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-17 minutes or until lightly browned on top and cooked in the center.
