Instructions
Step 1
Simple hassle back your potatoes, break any larger ones in half. Toss though the EVOO, salt, fresh garlic cloves, garlic and herb seasoning and roast at 200c fan until golden and cooked through.
Step 2
Whilst warm toss through slice spring onion and basil, season with an extra pinch of flakey sea salt, lemon zest, a good dollop of yoghurt and a drizzle of EVOO.
