Instructions
Step 1
Heat the canola oil in a skillet or frying pan.

Step 2
Add the chicken and cook on all sides until golden.
Step 3
Transfer the chicken to your crockpot and add the rest of the remaining ingredients.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper and cook on low for 7 hours
Step 5
Optionally serve with pasta of your choice
