Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients
Step 2
Add oil and mix
Step 3
Add 3/4 cup of milk and knead. As remaining 1/4 cup and continue kneading until mixed and soft

Cut dough into 8 equal pieces
Step 5
Form a ball in palms with all 8 sections and roll out with rolling pin to about a 7 inch diameter circles
Step 6
Use a fork to make numerous holes on each disc
Step 7
Fry in oil making sure to use tongs to fold in half to create taco shape as soon as it is laid in. Each shell should take about 90 seconds
