Instructions
Step 1
Use a heart cutter to cut out hearts from the tortilla wrap. Alternatively, you can cut them out with a knife.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a small pot. Add the tortilla hearts and fry for about 30s. Make sure they don’t get too dark.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate.
Step 4
Put the tortilla chips on a plate. Drizzle on the chocolate and dulce de leche.
