Ingredients

Raw Shrimp

⅛ cupcornstarch

½ cupap flour

2eggs
beaten

panko breadcrumbs

salt

pepper

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tsppaprika

cooking spray
For the sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat Air Fryer to 400
Step 2
Dry your shrimp and prepare 3 bowls
Step 3
1st bowl: Flour, cornstarch, salt & pepper
Step 4
2nd bowl: Beaten eggs
Step 5
3rd Bowl: Panko, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika
Step 6
Coat shrimp in flour, egg and then panko.
Step 7
Spray the basket of the air fryer with cooking spray, lay shrimp in an even layer in basket. Spray the tops of the shrimp with more spray. Air fry for 5 minutes
Step 8
Flip shrimp after the 5 minutes and air fry for another 3 minutes
Step 9
Mix mayo, sweet chili, sriracha, honey and rice wine vinegar until smooth
Step 10
Mix shrimp with sauce in a bowl and serve with rice and green onions.
