Baked pork chops
Did indeed cook much quicker than recipe says. I browned the pork chops on the hob first though.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 175C. Brown chops on both sides in a hot, oven-safe deep pan with a lid, and sear fat.
Step 2
Add herbs of choice (I use thyme, oregano, basil).
Step 3
Mix stock cube, garlic, cream and sriracha in a jug. Pour over chops once they're browned.
Step 4
Cover tightly and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
