Ingredients

½ cupgluten free all-purpose flour
measure-for-measure / 1:1 ratio
½ cupcoconut milk yogurt
everything but the bagel seasoning
optional
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the flour and the yogurt together. Once a dough forms, separate into 5 even pieces, and roll them into balls. Optionally, you can coat each ball in everything bagel seasoning, or any other desired seasoning (or leave plain!).
Step 2
Air fry at 350°F for 10-12 mins. Slather on some (vegan) cream cheese for a true bagel experience!
Note
Step 3
You can use a regular cup/container - 5.3 oz - of yogurt (I used So Delicious). This will measure out to a heaping ½ cup, so adjust flour accordingly (I ended up adding approx. 3 extra tbsp flour).
