Step 1
Zest two lemons then juice one lemon and add the zest and juice to a large bowl

Add vegan coconut yogurt ( add plain vegan yogurt if you cant get coconut flavor ) agave syrup vanilla paste a tiny pinch of salt and ground almonds and mix to combine

Step 3
Use dairy free butter to Grease some ramekins then divide the mixture . Bake at 175 c /350 f for 25 minutes . Eat once cooled
