Instructions
Step 1
Mix together the flour, protein powder, sweetener, cinnamon, apple and almond milk until combined
Step 2
In a separate bowl mix the cinnamon and sweetener together, pour a batter and sugar mixture into a small bowl or ramekin alternating between the two. Bake at 180c for 15-20 mins
Step 3
For the frosting mix together the cream cheese, yogurt and sweetener. Add it ontop of the cake once baked
