Instructions

Step 1
Blend the cream cheese, coconut oil and natural peanut butter with a blender, mixer or whisk.
Step 2
Add cocoa powder and sweetener and WHISK.
Step 3
Stir in shredded coconut until well combined.
Step 4
Grease a 12 muffin pan or just use 12 paper muffin tins on a plate. Using a spoon, divide into 12 equal portions.
Step 5
Sprinkle each fat bomb with a few flakes of salt.
Step 6
Refrigerate for 1 hour or freeze for 30 minutes. Remove from muffin pan (you can keep in muffin paper tins) and place in freezer bag. Keep in refrigerator for 3-5 days or freeze for up to three months.
Step 7
Cut in half before or after storing! Enjoy!
