Preheat oven to 375

Drizzle oil on acorn squash halves and place down on baking sheet. Roast for 35 mins

Whisk together lime juice, fish sauce, brown sugar & chili sauce in seperate bowl
Step 4
Saute onion and oil until soft
Step 5
Add garlic, saute 1 min / until fragrant
Step 6
Add pork to saute, cook until browned
Step 7
Turn off heat, add sauce to meat
Step 8
Combine herbs and meat
Step 9
Stuff quash with pork mixture, bake another 12 minutes
