Instructions

Step 1
Mix yeast and 4 cups flour, sugar and salt.
Step 2
Combine eggs and oil then add to flour mixture.
Step 3
Add warm water.
Step 4
Gradually add remaining flour (4-5 cups) until you can form a ball.
Step 5
Let rise for 15 minutes in warm place, then knead, repeat this step two more times.
Step 6
Form into buns, let rise for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes
