Instructions
Step 1
Add milk, yeast and sugar in to a bowl

Allow for 5 minutes until foamy

Add beaten eggs and melted butter
Step 4
In another bowl, add salt to flour and combine

Now add the flour to the wet ingredients gradually and mix using a spatula

Flour your surface and transfer the rough dough to the surface

Set timer to 15 mins and begin kneading

It will be sticky but keep kneading until it becomes smooth and bounces back to you when pressed

Transfer to a greased bowl and cover to rise for 30 minutes

After 30 mins, preheat your oven to 175°c

Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead again

Roll in to a thin rectangular shape

Spread butter generously and fold into two

Roll out again and spread butter again
Step 15
Roll onto itself to form a cylinder, then cut across

Place this in a greased bread pan and leave to rise for one hour

Glaze with egg wash

Then bake in the oven for 25 mins
