Home-made kale chips is a recipe I learned from one of my older sisters. It is very simple and low effort!

Instructions

Step 1
Wash the kale and either tear chip-sized pieces off or cut them. Remove any stems.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 3
Grab a large bowl and put the pieces of kale into the bowl. Drizzle olive oil lightly over the kale and use your hands or tongs to cover all of the kale. Make sure not to over do the olive oil, because too much can make the kale soggy, even after baking.
Step 4
On a baking pan, spread the kale out as evenly as possible. Lightly sprinkle the kale with salt and garlic powder. (Note: using too much garlic powder can overpower the taste of the kale, so be stingy with it!)
Step 5
Once the oven is ready, put the kale in and bake for 10-15 minutes, or whenever the edges look browned.
Step 6
Serve in a bowl and if necessary, sprinkle more salt to your liking. Enjoy!
