1. Pre heat over to 400 degrees

2. Wash and cut kale

3. Soak up all the excess water

4. Drizzle some olive oil

5. Sprinkle half tsp of salt and red chili
Step 6
6. Pop into the oven for 10 mins. Flip the kale and pop it in for another 5 mins

7. Dig in and do a little dance
