Instructions

Step 1
Sprinkle both sides of chicken breast liberally with salt and pepper. Sous vide chicken
Step 2
Once chicken has cooked in sous vide place flour in a shallow bowl and dip the chicken breast to coat. Cook both sides and shake off any excess
Step 3
Heat a large Skillet with olive oil and butter over medium high heat
Step 4
Once butter is melted and butter/oil begin to shimmer add chicken
Step 5
Brown Chicken on both sides remove from Skillet and set aside
Step 6
Add chicken stock, lemon juice, and capers to the pan and lightly scrape the bottom of the pan to declase
Step 7
Add the remaining butter and allowed to melt add cashew cream. Reduced to simmer and allow sauce to cook for 5 minutes to thicken
Step 8
Return chicken to the skillet and base in the sauce allowing to simmer until chicken is heated through. Serve with sprinkled parsley on top
