I love love me some crispy spicy wings and these are it!! they have the perfect hint of spice not overpowering at all, They are so delicious and so easy to make dip them in your favorite sauce and enjoy!!

Ingredients

3 poundswings
1 cupflour
½ cupcorn starch
2 tablespoonsbaking powder
1 tablespoonseasoned salt
1 tablespoonpaprika
1 teaspoononion powder
1 teaspoongarlic powder
1 x 7 ozcan of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 tablespoonwater
2 tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
2 tablespoonswhite vinegar
¼ cuphoney
1 stickunsalted butter
Instructions
Step 1
—pat dry the wings then season them with the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and all the spices and give it a good mix.
Step 2
—fry the wings at 375° for about 12 to 15 minutes or until crispy and golden
Step 3
—or Air fry the wings at 390° for 20 minutes flip them halfway until cooked through and crispy
Step 4
—or bake the wings at 400° for about 40 to 50 minutes turn them halfway or until golden.
Step 5
-In a food processor purée the chipotle peppers, water, Worcestershire sauce, white vinegar and honey until smooth.
Step 6
-melt the butter add in the sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes on medium to low heat.
Step 7
-pour the sauce over the wings once they are all fried and enjoy!!
