Ingredients

4 slicebacon
thick cut, small diced
1onion
small, diced
2green onions
sliced, use white part for sautéing and green part for garnish
1celery stalk
small diced
1roasted red bell peppers
small diced
3cloves of garlic
minced
2 TbspAP flour
2 Tbspunsalted butter
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
1 cupchicken stock
2 cupsevaporated milk
1potato
peeled and small diced
1can yellow corn
1 cancan creamed corn

Instructions
Step 1
In large pot over medium heat , add the small diced bacon and cook until crispy then remove
Step 2
Add the onions and the white part of the green onion. Sauté for a few then add the celery, red bell pepper and garlic. Season with salt & pepper TT
Step 3
Lower heat to low; Add the butter along with flour & mix until well incorporated. Add the chicken stock and evaporated milk.
Step 4
Season the listed spices mentioned below then mix ; add the thyme cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes
Step 5
Remove lid and add the can of cream corn , regular corn and the diced potatoes. Cover again and simmer for another 8 min
Step 6
Remove lid add the shrimp; once the shrimp is cook add some the hot sauce, you can also add a little more butter here , because you know why 😉
Step 7
Time to serve ! You can use the bacon as garnish or put it back in pot! Serve hot with a some toasted french bread if you can! Enjoy!
