1Whole Wheat Burger Bun
1 Tbspyogurt sauce
lettuce
2 Tbspcole slaw
homemade
0.33 BlockTofu
2 Tbspsugar-free BBQ Sauce
pickles

For the Slaw
For the Cole Slaw Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the Cole Slaw Sauce by mixing together all ingredients, then serve 1 tbsp to spread on the burger. Thinly slice red cabbage and carrots and combine with the remaining sauce.
Step 2
Slice Tofu, grill on both sides until golden and cover in bbq sauce.
Step 3
Prepare the rest of the toppings and layer onto your toasted burger bun.
