Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F degrees

Step 2
Cut up bell peppers and onions into strips. As many as your heart desires

Step 3
Place Italian sausages on baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place in the oven and bake until browned (a lil black doesn’t hurt!)


Step 4
Heat pan over medium-high heat. Put a tables spoon of oil on the pan. Put the onions and peppers into the hot pan and sauté until cooked through. Add butter. Season to taste




Step 5
Cook rice in rice cooker according to device and package instructions.


Step 6
When sausages are done, take out, let cool and slice. Add to the peppers and onions and let them simmer for 5 minutes. Or low until rice is done
