Instructions
Step 1
Clean potatoes and cut into 2,5 cm cube-ish pieces. Don't remove skin.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Step 3
Put potatoes on baking sheet, cover generously with fat, season and salt lightly. (Some fats have salt in them already, salt accordingly.)
Step 4
Bake potatoes for 20 minutes, then turn on broiler at 200°C for 2 minutes.
