Line large baking sheet w/parchment paper

In a large bowl, toss cauliflower in oil

Then toss with flour+garlic powder

Finely crush the breadcrumbs
Step 6
Add milk and breadcrumbs and toss
Step 7
Arrange in one layer on baking sheet
Step 8
Bake on center shelf for 25 mins
Step 9
Combine oil w/hot sauce
Step 10
Coat cauliflower in sauce (w/pastry brush or dipping them)
Step 11
Bake 15 more mins
Step 12
Broil ~5 mins (don’t burn!!)

Serve w/ranch
