Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2
Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil for easy clean up.
Step 3
Quarter the baby red potatoes.
Step 4
Place potatoes on the sheet pan.
Step 5
Drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Step 6
Mix together paprika, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried parsley, salt and pepper.
Step 7
Sprinkle some of the spices over the potatoes.
Step 8
Toss to coat.
Step 9
Bake for 15-20 minutes while you prep the remaining ingredients.
Step 10
Once potatoes finish baking, remove from oven and add remaining veggies, sausage, 2 tablespoons olive oil and spice mixture.
Step 11
I Chop the broccoli into small broccoli trees, trim the ends off the asparagus and cut into smaller pieces, and coin the sausage.
Step 12
Cook sausage in seperate sheet for 20 minutes
Step 13
Toss to coat.
Step 14
Return to oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until veggies are roasted to your liking.
Step 15
Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan over the sheet pan meal and serve immediately.
Step 16
You may serve alone or with rice, quinoa or zoodles
