Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the broiler. Cook peppers whole for 20-25 minutes until blackened all over.
Step 2
Place peppers to cool in bowl wrapped with plastic to help them sweat the skins. Removed skins and seeds and cut into long thin strips
Step 3
olive oil in frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic, cook for a minute or till fragrant. Add tomatoes with juice, pepper flakes, paprika, salt and pepper. Bring to simmer and cook for 7 min. Add water to achieve desired consistency.
