Instructions
Step 1
Start cooking your rice (2 cups)
Step 2
Slice mushroom & Dice chicken to your preferred size
Step 3
Brown chicken and mushroom in pan on medium heat
Step 4
Add a pk of tomato paste, cook for 2mins to cover chicken and mushroom in taste and flavour.
Step 5
Add thickened cream & paprika and stir in. Cover and simmer for 20ish mins with continuous stiring so the cream doesn't split.
Step 6
Serve on top of a bed of rice
