Instructions

Step 1
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the beef. Glaze with oil

Heat pan until hot. Sear the beef until brown (45 seconds each side). Let cool
Step 3
Mix butter, garlic, onion, and mixed herbs

Sprinkle some flour before working on the puff pastry. Layer: butter mix, beef glazed with mustard, cheddar cheese). Glaze the pastry with egg wash to glue everything. Wrap the layers.
Step 5
Glaze pastry with egg wash. Make slit on the topping or add 1 layer of lattice (make sure to egg wash this as well). Sprinkle with some parmesan and parsley
Step 6
Preheat oven 200c. Cook for 30 mins or until the puff pastry golden brown
