Instructions
Step 1
Preheat to 375. If not ready made, press pie crusts into a pie pan. Poke holes with a fork in the base every 1/2 inch to prevent bubbles from forming when baking. Bake the crusts for 10 min (6 on convection). Set aside.


Step 2
Brown ground sausage. Set aside.

Step 3
In a large bowl combine eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Whisk until fully scrambled. Add chopped veggies, cheese and cooked sausage. Mix gently to combine.





Step 4
Pour egg mixture into pie crusts. Bake for 40 minutes (25 convection) or until a toothpick comes out clean and top is just starting to turn golden.
Step 5
Serve in slices with fresh fruit.
