Step 1
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees

Heat the pan. Leave the heat on high and add the bacon. Fry until crispy and golden brown.
Step 3
Cut the baguette in half. Spread both sides with Creme fraiche. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Slice the onion into thin pieces and add it to the baguette.
Step 5
Finish with the bacon.
Put both halves in the oven and bake for 10min
Step 6
Chop the chives and add it to the baguette. Then stack both halves and enjoy!
