Instructions

Step 1
Combine the custard, pumpkin puree, icing sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a bowl, then put in the fridge to chill.
Step 2
Now combine the self-raising flour, milk and caster sugar and form into a dough. Divide the dough into even sized balls and deep fry for 3 mins per batch, until golden.
Step 3
Use a chopstick or skewer to hollow out a hole in each donut, then pipe in the chilled spice pumpkin custard.
Step 4
Roll in cinnamon sugar and indulge!
