Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl mix Self rising flour Greek yogurt and orange juice . You can use regular orange juice or even mango orange juice if you like. Mix until a soft dough is just formed . If it’s too wet add a little more flour if it’s too dry add a little more yogurt and juice

Step 2
Heat oil on medium heat then drop some of the dough in and if it starts to bubble the oil is ready ! If the dough goes a dark color straight away add a little more oil and turn the heat down . These need to be cooked a little slowly to ensure the inside is cooked through ! You can take spoonfuls of the mixture and drop them into the oil or use a piping bag pipe out blobs and cut them with a scissors .
Step 3
Keep the dough balls moving to ensure they are cooked and golden all around . When they are a deep golden color remove from the heat drain on paper towels and then if you wish roll in cinnamon sugar ! Enjoy
