Instructions

Step 1
Pre Heat oven to 200c/gas mark 6/180c fan oven and boil a pan of salted water
Step 2
Coat lamb leg steaks in Puréety Garden Mint marinade, set on an ovenproof tray and leave to glaze for a minimum of 30 mins or overnight
Step 3
Cook the roast potatoes in a pan of boiling water for 6-8 mins
Step 4
Heat cooking oil on a tray in the oven. Drain the potatoes in a colander before tossing with Puréety Rosemary & Garlic potato seasoning
Step 5
Carefully transfer the seasoned potatoes onto the tray with the hot oil and place in the oven to cook for 35-45 minutes turning occasionally
Step 6
When the potatoes are nearly cooked, make your gravy and cook your vegetables. Then cook the glazed lamb under a hot grill for a few minutes on each side depending on the thickness of the lamb steaks and how well done you'd like the lamb
Step 7
When the lamb is cooked allow the meat to rest for a small amount of time before serving - enjoy!
