60gprotein yogurt
60glow-fat cream cheese
5ggelatine
substitute with agar agar, dissolved in 3 tbsp hot water
7gmonkfruit sweetener
optional
20gprotein powder
can substitute with whey or other vegan protein or omit
Base
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the base together except for milk. Add the milk gradually if too dry. Press down the base mixture in a lined ramekin. Dissolve gelatine in 3 tnsp of hot water. Pour all cheesecake together in a blender, blend till smooth. Pour above base mixture. Place in fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight. Add toppings of choice to serve!
