Step 1
Cook up the chicken breast in olive oil in a large skillet. When fully cooked, shred it with a fork or two.
Step 2
Add onion and garlic. Cook a bit more until the onion is translucent.
Step 3
Dump in the whole jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce to the pan and heat through. (Bonus points if you know how to make homemade sauce with less sodium and junk). Add the peas at the same time. (Even more bonus yum points for fresh garden grown).
