Dairy Free Lavash Protein Pizza

This healthier, protein-forward pizza is such an easy weeknight stand-by and packs in layers of flavor (& fiber)! It’s been one of the meals I made a couple times a month while trying to lose weight. My version comes in at 380 calories and 35 grams of protein for half a pizza so…go for it if you want the whole thing tbh. Play around with the ingredients to make it your own but it’s definitely worth a try. Recipe below!

Step 1
1. Add the marinara sauce as a base to the lavash and top with half of the dairy-free cheese.
Step 2
2. In a bowl, mix the mushrooms, spinach, chicken, black pepper, salt, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, olive oil, and sliced bell pepper.
Step 3
3. Pour everything out onto the lavash and spread evenly. Top with the remaining cheese and optional olives.
Step 4
4. Bake at 400F for 5-6 minutes, until cheese is slightly melted and edges of the lavash are crispy.
