Instructions
Step 1
Peel, wash and pat dry the potatoes. Dry them well.
Step 2
Make as many balls as possible with a Parisian spoon/melon baller
Step 3
Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F
Step 4
Place the meatballs in a large bowl.
Step 5
Add the oil, season and stir well to soak up the oil.
Step 6
Spread on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 7
Place on top rack
Step 8
Cook for 35 to 40 minutes until light golden
Step 9
Turn halfway through cooking.
Step 10
Serve hot, and enjoy!
