Duck and Blueberry Sauce

Instructions

Step 1
Score the fat side of the breast using a sharp knife.
Step 2
Season duck breast with salt and pepper.
Step 3
In a large skillet over medium-low heat, add butter.
Step 4
Place the duck breasts, fat side down, and 8-10 minutes.
Step 5
Cook the other side for about 6-8 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from the pan and tent with foil.

Sauce

Step 7
In the same skillet, add blueberry sauce ingredients, and simmer until the sauce gets thickened.
Step 8
Slice the duck breast, pour the sauce and serve.
