Instructions

Step 1
1. Start by combining all ingredients for the balls in a bowl. Mix using a hand or stand mixer, or by hand.

2. Then make 15 Tbsp sized balls (They are smaller than a Tbsp if you have a kitchen scale weigh the batter then divide it equally into 15 balls otherwise eyeball it the best you can) and place on a parchment lined tray.

3. Put in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to harden.

4. Once hardened, place MCT oil and Baking chocolate in a microwave safe dish and microwave for 30 seconds at a time until melted.
Step 5
5. Stir in erythritol. You can add more or less based on your taste preference. Give the chocolate a minute to cool.
Step 6
6. Then drop the balls into it and cover with chocolate make sure they are covered nicely.
Step 7
7. Place back on the tray and in the freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes. Store in the freezer.
