Chip shop curry sauce

The pretty basic curry sauce but easier, Most recipes use a mix of spices then you got to fry them to get a sauce. I am using curry cubes (the japanese ones) because they have got all the spices and seasonings needed, but you just need to add hot water:)

Instructions
Step 1
pour hot water on the curry cube, until that's enough

Step 2
let it rest for some time, until the curry cube has dissolved
Step 3
whisk the mixture and microwave for 1 minute

Step 4
cut the potato into equal sized chips
Step 5
add olive oli to a baking tray and put in the oven for 5 minutes

Step 6
set the potato chips on the tray and bake for 20 minutes

when the chips are done coat them in butter

serve with the curry sauce
