BUTTER NAAN (G, D)

Preheat the oven to 160ºC with a flat baking tray inside
Step 9
Pop the butter – lid off – in the microwave for a minute until it starts to melt

Brush or spoon the melted butter onto the top side of the naan

Roughly chop the coriander and sprinkle it on evenly

Flick a tiny bit water over the top (ONLY a few drops) then heat it on the baking tray for 2-3 minutes at 160ºC

SAFFRON PULAO (D)

Warm the rice in a microwave for 2 minutes (reheat more if required) Sprinkle saffron and mix evenly with a spoon.

BUTTER CHICKEN (D, N, M)

Add the chicken tikka to the butter gravy in a saucepan and simmer with the lid on for 5 minutes, stirring as you go to avoid any sticking

Before serving, drizzle over the cream and sprinkle on your kasturi methi ( Fenugreek) leaves for the win
