Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice of the tops of the garlic heads to make them flat. Place in a small baking dish. Douse with olive oil, cover with foil, and bake at 400°F for 40-45 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the skin of the garlic and add the roasted garlic to a food processor.
Step 3
Add Greek yogurt, feta, chives, parsley, red pepper flakes, honey, lemon zest, and lemon juice to the food processor. Pulse until smooth.
Step 4
Top with more dried parsley, red pepper flakes, and olive oil before serving.
