Whipped Spicy Feta Cheese Dip

Use a food processor to make whipped and spicy feta cheese. This can be eaten in many ways, but I prefer to have it with grilled meat alongside a salad and lots of pita bread to scoop it all up!

Instructions

Step 1
Put the feta cheese into the food processor.

Add half of the jar of the roasted red bell peppers as well as the brine into the food processor.
Step 3
Add the olive oil, garlic paste, salt, & pepper.
Step 4
Blend all ingredients together until fully combined.
Step 5
Once fully combined, taste to ensure there's enough salt and garlic. Sometimes you may need to add more roasted red bell peppers. If you want it spicier, add some ground cayenne pepper.
Step 6
Pour finished product back into the original feta cheese container to store in the fridge.
