Instructions

Step 1
cut the top off and remove seeds from Peppers. Wash and set aside.
Step 2
combined ground beef, uncooked rice, onion, carrot, Boolean and pepper in large mixing bowl. Add any other seasonings that you might also like. Oregano, parsley, garlic powder Etc.
Step 3
stuff each pepper about two-thirds full because Rice will need room to swell.
Step 4
Stand the peppers side by side in the slow cooker.
Step 5
in a small mixing bowl, combine tomato soup and water, and pour mixture over the peppers.
Step 6
cook on low for 6 to 8 hours
