Step 1
1) Heat stock in sauce pot and set aside. 2) In a rondo, sweat garlic and onion in butter 5 to 10 minutes, until translucent. 3) Turn Heat to high, add rice and Sautee 5 minutes. 4) Add stock, salt and pepper, bring to a boil. 5) Cover and reduce heat to medium low until tender. 6) When nearly cooked add pasta, fluff and adjust seasoning.
