1 cupnonfat greek yogurt
10 ozsilken tofu
2 tspdijon mustard
2 Tbsplow-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbspworcestershire

Instructions
Step 1
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Blend sauce ingredients and set aside
Step 3
Melt butter and sauté onion until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Sprinkle in flour and stir constantly for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Slowly whisk in white wine and mushroom broth. Simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add chicken of the woods, remove from heat and stir in sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and fresh dill.
Step 6
Serve stroganoff over noodles, garnished with additional dill.
