¾ cupsugar

¼ cupcrisco

1egg

½ cupmilk

2 cupsflour
sifted

2 teaspoonsbaking powder

½ teaspoonsalt

2 cupblueberries
well drained
For Crust
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 Mix sugar, Crisco and egg until well blended
Step 2
Stir in milk
Step 3
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt then stir in to mixture.
Step 4
Blend in blueberries
Step 5
Pour mixture into 9x14 greased and floured pan and set aside
Step 6
Mix together sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter for crumb mixture
Step 7
Spread crumb mixture on top of Buckle
Step 8
Bake at 375 for 45 to 50 minutes
