Part B (meat mixture)
0.5 lbGround Pork
or vegan equivalent
½ Tbspsalt
½ Tbsppepper
1 Tbspsesame oil
1 Tbsplight soy sauce
1 Tbspshiaoxing wine
1 Tbspgarlic
1 TbspRed Bell Pepper
If you want it spicy, Red Chili Pepper

Part C (broth)
Instructions
Step 1
Peel 3 Layers off Cabbage.
Step 2
In a pot of Boiling Water, add in 1 Tbsp Baking Soda and Cabbage and cook for 1 minute. Remove and place in an ice bath.
Step 3
Combine Part B, Meat Mixture.
Step 4
Combine Part C then bring to a boil.
Step 5
Take 150g of Part B and wrap it with the cabbage leaf then tie it with a green onion knot to create a parcel.
Step 6
Place parcel in broth and simmer for 7 - 10 minutes or until pork is cooked through.
Step 7
Place parcels into a bowl. Pour Broth over the parcels and garnish with diced red peppers and green onions!
