My one pot version of my Italian beef sandwich!

Instructions
Step 1
Add meat, onions and carrots to a skillet and brown the meat.
Step 2
Drain the excess oil from the pan
Step 3
Season with garlic salt, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Add tomatoes, beef broth, peas, rice, Pepperoncini juice and peppers to the pot and stir.
Step 5
Reduce heat to medium low heat and simmer for 18-20 minutes until no liquid remains.
Step 6
Top with cheese and cover for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
