Hi Friends, Enjoy the curry with cooked basmati rice or even with naan. This is my way of making Butter Chicken Masala for High Protein and Low Card Meal

Instructions

Step 1
drizzle oil into a large frying pan on medium-high heat and add the chicken and season with salt and pepper . Stir-fry until golden brown.
Step 2
Peel and grate the garlic. Trim the green beans, and chop them into thirds.
Step 3
As the chicken starts to brown, add the beans and give it a mix.
Step 4
Then add tomato diced tomatoes to the side of the pan.
Step 5
Once the chicken is golden brown add the tomato purée and the madras curry mix and the garlic.
Step 6
Pour in the sugar and add the stock cube into the water for the sauce. add it to the pan and let it sit for a while. (5-6mins)
Step 7
Once the sauce has reduced, stir in the creme fraiche with half of a cup of water and let it cook on low heat for 4-5mins till thickens.
