250gkidney beans
2stock cubes
2 tablespoonscurry
For the sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Dissect and wash chicken properly
Step 2
Transfer to a pot (pressure cooker) and season with blended mix, stock cubes, thyme, curry and salt
Step 3
Cook until done
Step 4
On the side, heat up butter and stir fry all vegetables
Step 5
Season with stock cube and curry
Step 6
Add stir fried vegetables to the chicken and stir
Step 7
Dissolve flour in water and add to the chicken sauce to thicken
Step 8
Serve with rice or bread or anything of your choice
